An incident has happened in Elbasan, leaving one citizen wounded after being hit with hard objects.
According to most recent information, the wounded is Kastriot Zhidro, while the police are investigating Ilir Dedja, author of the crime.
Other incidents have happened in Belsh, where two ballot boxes were broken.
In the biggest city of Northern Albania, Shkoder, there have been communication problems in six communes.
Other problems have happened in Kuç, where the voting process resumed after a two hour disruption.
In Berdice, the voting process was interrupted due to the lacking of ballot papers, and the commissioners are waiting the Zonal Election Commission to intervene.
