The Parliament of Kosovo is expected to approve the second review of the draft law for the budget 2019.
Before the session, PM Haradinaj announced tha thte Minister of Agriculture, Nenad Rikalo, was fired.
The firing of the Serbian Minister was a condition set by the Social-Democrats in exchange of their vote for the budget.
The Serbian List has already declared that they are no longer part of the ruling coalition. However, their Minister had remained in power.
