“Europe has just liberated its own citizens. We are Europeans. The fact that we fulfilled all the conditions, is a success of Europe”, said the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, speaking about the recommendation given one day ago by the European Commission about the visa liberalization.
He said he is convinced for fulfilling the criteria in this process.
In a meeting with 64 students from 31 different countries, who attended the Kosovo Summer International Academy, Haradinaj said that the reason why Kosovo was very lucky is the good treatment received by many countries of the world.
“Kosovo has received assistance during the crisis by many countries. The government I lead has an approach for concluding the list of homework, the list of things that need to be done for improving the citizens’ lives. This is what I am focused on. We are already seeing some results, but we have some challenges ahead”, Haradinaj said.
