Hahn: “No shortcuts for Western Balkan’s integration process”

The European Commissioner for Enlargement, Johannes Hahn, said that there are no shortcuts in the integration process of Western Balkan.
He held a lecture in Vienna, where he spoke about the Western Balkan’s strategy, focusing on the fact that Austria will take the EU presidency this July.
“The strategy of Western Balkan is seen as an important document that brings into agenda the enlargement of the EU. The Austrian presidency is an important window of possibilities”, Hahn added.
By the end of June, EU is expected to decide about opening the accession negotiations with Albania.
