Gjiknuri: $138 mln added for the Tirana-Elbasan construction bill

The Minister of Finances, Damian Gjiknuri, said that the Tirana-Elbasan road required 138 million USD more than expected.
“The cost of the road has gone to 450 million USD, from 312 that it was initially assessed”, the Minister declared.
He added that it is time for users to contribute for the maintenance of these roads. So far, according to Gjiknuri, 50 million USD are needed each year for maintaining roads.
