The German Ambassador to Tirana, Suzanne Schütz , said that Germany is determined to keep cooperating with the government, which it considers as legitimated in a democratic way.
The ambassador said that they respect the decision of every MP to accept or refuse the mandate in Parliament, but they will cooperate with those who accept the new mandates.
“I underline that in a democracy, the Parliament is the main place for holding a political debate between political parties. The German Federal government will keep cooperating with the current government which has been legitimated democratically, and also with the MPs who hold their seats in Parliament”, she declared.
