The former vice leader of the Democratic Party and one of its historic figures reacted after the situation that was created in Shkoder with the Socialist candidate for the northern city of Shkoder.
Topalli blames Basha of allowing Rama to create this situation in Shkoder, by boycotting the elections.
Topalli even said that without Basha, many municipalities wouldn’t have fallen in the hands of the Socialist Party, and Edi Rama wouldn’t have been the Prime Minister of Albania.
“I don’t think that the young Democrats have as their model the man who turned the West against Albania, and who gave Rama a second term just because of his 14 million Euros apartment building”, Topalli said.
