The Albanian Foreign Minister chose a very special way to give his message for the international book day.
Bushati is currently in New York, in a high-level UN meeting for peace and stability.
Together with a group of Albanian students, Bushati took a run at New York’s Central Park, as a way to raise awareness among youth to read more books.
Running is used widely in New York as a way to raise awareness.
Last week, the UN Ambassadors ran up the stairs of the UN building.
On November 2016, the Albanian and Kosovo embassies in Washington ran in support of Kosovo’s aspiration to join UNESCO.
