Fleckenstein: “I don’t know if Katsifa should have been shot or not”

Knut Fleckenstein, the rapporteur for Albania at the European Parliament, declared that they don’t have enough information about the situation in Bularat to answer the question if Katsifa should be shot or not.
“The question is whether he should be killed or not. He had an AK-47 in his hands and I know he did something. But I cannot say if it was necessary to shoot him or not”, Fleckenstein declared.
