The restoration of the Flag House, in Korca, a symbolic building for Albania’s history, was a very important moment. But the building did not escape the attention of scrap robbers.
For the second time, the bronze pipes used for rain drainage have been stolen.
The Director of the Monument Directory, Gjergji Koki, said that this is not the first time that happens, with irresponsible persons damaging monuments.
