First Deputy of Finances Alfred Rushaj declared that the administration
is ready to start the fiscal amnesty process that soon will receive the
first applications from citizens and businesses.

“The process is completed in terms of the administration preparations. We are waiting the first applications that might be processed by the start of the next week”, Rushaj declared.

Since the law provides the pardon of a series of obligations, the procedures to be followed vary depending from the occasions.

“Part of the rights are automatically benefited from the law, and it is not necessary for businesses and citizens to invest in anything. With this I refer mainly to the customs and tax obligations that have not been paid from 2008 for the businesses and from 2010 for the citizens”, Rushaj declared.

The government pretends to pardon through this amnesty a total of 65 billion ALL.
