Fier, SP: commissioners threatened in Libofshe

Libofshe left centered commissioners, in Fier district, declared that
they are being threatened by a group of people known as problematic for
the public order.
According to most recent information, small problems
were registered at all communes, and there have been also concerns for
the finger-ink that can be easily wiped off the fingers.
Top-Channel reporter in Libofsha says that the participation in this commune is 16%.
