The blast of a considerable quantity of explosive inside a villa has shocked the city of Fier.
According to latest information, the explosive was put in the villa of Altin Plepi, without causing any victims.
Local police notifies that at the moment of the explosion, the villa was empty and fortunately Plepi’s family is living in Italy.
Sources say that the explosion took place near the “Afrim I Ri” area, and the crime inspectors have started the investigation.
