By request of the Albanian Prime Minister, Speaker Gramoz Ruci summoned the parliamentary session this Wednesday at 17:00 to vote the decrees of President Ilir Meta regarding the new Ministers appointed by PM Rama.
Ruci explains that the extraordinary meeting was for enabling a normal functionality of the government.
The opposition has another argument. They say that the government is rushing for their own political interest.
