The government decided to extend the areas covered by the fund of
excellence, which will finance university and post graduate studies of
Albania’s best students.
Prime Minister Berisha declared that after three years from the creation of this fund, today it is possible for the first time to cover the studies of art and music students, together with those of natural and social sciences. Prime Minister Berisha emphasized the importance of supporting Albania’s best emigrated experts, in order to make them return in their own country.
“It is imperative for our legal structure to include laws that bind the public sector to immediately employ Albania’s best experts, offering them all respective bonuses. It is imperative to invite Albania’s famous experts of all areas to work in Albania, by creating similar work conditions where it is possible. We will do everything possible for supporting the Albanian excellence, in order to give our country what it deserves. We will do everything possible to invite Albania’s best emigrated experts, wherever they might be”, Berisha declared.
According to Prime Minister Berisha, 20% of the Albanian administration and civil service employees have been educated in the best western universities, and that the government will continue to support the studies of the best Albanian students in world’s most prestigious universities.
