Critics of Moscow in Brussels are certain that Russia is undertaking a misinforming campaign, especially in Balkan, that’s why the EU is preparing for a counter strategy.
EU has started public consultations to fight “fake-news” and online misinformation, an increasing concern for functional democracies.
The EU Commission passed a motion this Monday and appointed a group of high-level experts, whose work will be completed by Spring 2018.
