The idea of the Kosovo Interior Minister, Bajram Rexhepi, that EULEX
should leave Kosovo, is having the support of different analysts and the
Kosovo opposition.
The Kosovo daily newspaper “Zëri” writes that according to them, the European Mission for law and order has not achieved its goals in the war against criminality and corruption.
Eulex, in two years, has not been able to achieve the minimum of the expectances. EULEX is a failed mission in all aspects, hence it should leave”, writes “Zëri”, referring to political sources.
According to the opposition and the analysts, the Kosovo citizens expected the European mission to change the situation, but this has not happened.
