The EU will have no time for Balkan next year.
For this reason, more energy will be needed against stagnation.
This was the conclusion of the EU and WB summit that was organized in Belgrade.
The Gratz professor teacher, Florian Bieber, underlined that 2018 has been the year of high expectancies. This was due to the fact that 2025 was decided as the potential date for EU accession, but also because of the Prespa Agreement.
Bieber underlines that the room for Prishtina and Belgrade to find an agreement is getting narrower. Brussels will always have less influence on the negotiation process.
