EU observers in Kosovo: Democratic elections, but not among Serbians

The EU Monitoring Mission in Kosovo has assessed that the electoral process was well administered, transparent and democratic throughout the country.
But they did not meet international standards in areas of Kosovo Serbs majority, as there was intimidation to vote the Serbian List.
The Head of the EU mission, Viola von Cramon-Taubadel, declared in a press release that the elections were well-organized and transparent.
