This Monday, Foreign EU ministers will discuss in Luxembourg about
Albania. This was anticipated by the representative of the Hungarian
Presidence, Janosh Martonyi, during a debate in the Foreign Committee of
the European Parliament.

“We will send a kind of friendly critic for showing that the situation in Albania must change”, said Martonyi, while reporting the expectancies of this meeting.

The head of the Hungarian diplomacy spoke about the enlargement process with the Balkan region.

Beside Croatia, he expressed his optimism about Serbia, Monte Negro and even Macedonia, which keeps being blocked by Greece for the name issue.

Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo were listed by Hungarian Foreign Minister as the countries with more advancing problems towards EU membership.

Hungary will be leading the European Union until the end of this month. After 1st July, Poland will take the EU Presidence.
