The Democratic Party is filing a lawsuit against the €120 mln “check-up” concession agreement, which the opposition considers a corruptive act.
The former Democratic Party MP, Albana Vokshi, declared that they have filed the new evidence that proves the manipulation done with the medical test forms.
She says that SPAK (The Special Prosecution Against Corruption) should investigate the contract without delay since it is robbing Albanians.
