The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, introduced the “Digital Library” project today, which will be used by students for their studies.
Rama criticized the Tirana University Rector for not being able to use technology in order to create access to the Digital Library.
“It is intolerable that the Digital Library cannot be used by the network of universities. The University of Tirana is prepared to respond to this technological requirement. We have many reserves regarding the way how the University of Tirana is being led”, Rama said.
The Prime Minister kept criticizing the university, saying that it is the place that should be bringing solutions, rather than problems.
