The Coordination Board for Rule of Law met today at Prishtina to discuss
several issues, like the law for witness protection, the draft of the
Criminal Code, the anti-mafia law, etc.
Head of EULEX mission, Xavier Bout de Marnhac, at the same time member of this board, suggested a bigger commitment on legislation issues.
”We must work more, due to these circumstances, for saving time and for solving cases that will be reflected at European Commission’s progress report”, De Marnhac declared.
The board members, one of which is Kosovo Justice Minister Hajredin Kuci, discussed the most recent news about border management and courts functionality in Northern Kosovo.
