The Croatian President, Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic, was present at this Thursday’s parliamentary meeting.
“The opening of the Croatian Embassy to Tirana in 1994 was one of the biggest events for the relations between both countries. Croatia and Albania are now working together in Afghanistan operations. Croatia supports the European perspective of Albania and the EU path. We welcome the progress done by the country”, the Croatian president said.
“Many Albanians sacrificed their lives for Croatia and we will not forget it”, Kitarovic said.
