Council of Europe: “The opposition must not abandon Parliament”

The Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Thorborn Jagland, said that the decision of the Albanian opposition has created concerns in Brussels.
“The Parliament, in a democracy, is the first instance where political matters must be discussed. The Albanian opposition must not abandon the Parliament”, Jagland underlined, joining this way the chorus of foreign politicians who appeal the opposition to stay away from violence.
