The President of the Constitutional Court, Bashkim Dedja, was removed from his duty today.
The Special College of Appeal panel reached the conclusion that Dedja couldn’t make a credible count of his assets.
The college found that Dedja couldn’t explain his revenues, and other persons related to him also couldn’t justify their wealth.
