Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi felicitated the Kosovo citizens for the third anniversary of Kosovo’s Constitution approval.
Thaçi said that the Constitutional Day crowns Kosovo’s century old efforts to become an equal entity with all free and independent countries.
“Kosovo sanctioned for the first time the democratic will of its citizens, expressing the rights and obligations of the individual and society with the highest democratic expression”, Thaçi declared.
