The new tender for the construction of the Tirana Greater Ring Road segment has brought many companies, causing the price to be reduced with 3.8 million EUR.
After the first winner, DH Albania, was found with falsified documents, six companies attended the second bidding process.
3.8 million EUR is a considerable difference, since that would be enough for building a new school.
