Commission of Laws starts procedures for High Councils of Judiciary and Prosecution this Tuesday

The General Secretary of the Parliament, Genc Gjoncaj, filed the report of the Civilian Society candidates at the High Council of Prosecution.

The report was handed over at the Commission of Laws, which will be held this Tuesday for starting procedures for establishing the High Council of the Prosecution and the High Council of the Judiciary.

The International Monitoring System filed their report this Friday, with the majority and opposition expressing different opinions about the progress of the procedures.
