Since 2015, 430.000 clients were forced to sign an agreement with the Energy Distribution Operator. They have also made agreements to pay their delayed bills through installments.
Most of these payments (320.000) were already concluded. For the others, there are installment schemes to help them pay it.
For starters, the Operator pardoned the delay fines, which made 40% of the debt. After this, the clients will pay only 1000 ALL (10 dollars) over their regular consumption price.
