For the May 8th, the International Day of the Red Cross, a competition
for young painters was organized at the Art Gallery of Tirana.
The paintings of this exhibit were done by children of Tirana’s middle schools, and also by children from the “Zyber Hallulli” orphanage, from the institute for the children with hearing and speaking disabilities, the institute of children with sight disabilities, and other institutions for children with limited physical abilities.
This project aims to unite the children of social institutions with their peers and also to improve their integration in the society.
The winners of this competition and the best works will participate at the national exhibition of the Red Cross, which opens on May 7th.
