Two former CEZ leaders in Albania, Josef Heisek and Jan Ivan, have been abandoned at the Tirana Court.
Their trial has been delayed since February, sometimes because the Prosecution is absent, and sometimes because of the lawyer.
The blockage started right after Prosecutor Antoneta filed all the evidence against former CEZ directors.
Based on the evidence, both former CEZ leaders, in cooperation with Kastriot Ismailaj, paid 5 million EUR of his bills knowing that the work had not been done and that the bills were fictive.
