Central Election Commission published on the internet web page the
preliminary unofficial results that show Edi Rama as winner with 10
votes ahead Democratic Party candidate Lulzim Basha.
The internet web page and result screens had been blocked since May 14th, missing the result of the final ballot box.
By showing the result of the final ballot box, the Central Election Commission admits that according to the vote counting process, Edi Rama is the winner.
But recount procedures for miscast ballots are expected to announce Lulzim Basha as winner.
