CEC, Gjoncaj: Ristani to intervene at ZEC 49

The Central Election Commission gathered this morning to discuss on the
Tirana election process and the complaints submitted by individuals
and political subjects in this institution.
SP representative, Genc Gjoncaj, declared that the majority at ZEC 49 is not doing its job and sign the summary protocol, although the result was given two days ago.
“The head of the Central Election Commission must intervene to solve the situation. I think that this silence is intentional, in order to deform the result of these local elections. I demand the four commissioners to be dismissed for being irresponsible”, Gjoncaj declared.
After this proposal, the Central Elections Commission decided to dismiss the chairman of Zonal Election Commission no.49.
