Aleksander Noka, brother of the former Socialist MP, Arben noka, was killed in front of his house this Saturday.
The 48-year-old was found by his family members at the Mother Theresa neighborhood, in Lezha.
Ndoka was ambushed by unidentified persons who have followed his movements before killing him.
Ndoka, father of four, had no criminal precedents. He had been appointed Director of the National Inspectorate for Territory Protection in Shkoder, and Socialist Councilor at the Lezha Municipality.
Aleksander Ndoka was also known as brother of former MP Arben Ndoka, who resigned after he was affected by the decriminalization law, which showed that he had been convicted in Italy.
Police questioned several family members of Ndoka, while his son, Samuel Ndoka, was involved in a conflict on June 25th, the Election Day. Samuel Ndoka was one of the persons who attacked and wounded Florian Dushku, a member of the Socialist Movement for Integration.
The 18-year-old was arrested several months later for illegal arm possession and for making threats.
