Bollano: Investments with Himara’s own income

Vasil Bollano, the actual Mayor of Himara, now running for another mandate, declared that during his administration, this municipality was transferred from a failing office to an institution that is able to invest with its own income.
“We took a municipality that was going towards failure, full of debts, with a much damaged infrastructure, and all of this had many initial difficulties”, said Bollano on Top Story.
“From a failing municipality, we transformed it into a safe financial institution. We gave this municipality the possibility to afford investments with its own income”, Bollano added.
