The German newspaper, Bild, has published other voice recordings from an Albanian prosecution case.
This time, the former Minister, Damian Gjiknuri, is heard talking to a police chief.
According to Bild, the recording shows a Police Chief creating a plan for electoral manipulations, and the Minister speaks to an international criminal about vote purchase.
