The vote counting process ended at the Municipal Unit no.8, with 164
votes in favor of the Democratic Party candidate, Lulzim Basha.
The counting of the last ballot box was followed by applauses of the Democratic Party commissioners.
The commissioners are waiting to count the vote for the Municipal Council for this Unit.
