The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, will testify at the Prosecution regarding the lobbying contracts in the USA.
The Prosecution’s announcement says that Basha must be taken by force if he doesn’t show up.
The opposition leader must be at the Prosecution’s office by June 17th, at 09:00, together with Arben Ristani and Ilir Dervishi.
Prosecutors Ervin Karanxha, Gjergji Tako and Kole Hysenaj have reached the conclusion that the defendants have committed crime foreseen by articles 190/3 and 287/ç of the Criminal Law.
“His presence is necessary for hearing the charges and for being questioned as a defendant”, says the announcement of the Prosecution.
