Democratic candidate for Tirana Municipality, Lulëzim Basha, said on his electoral meetings in the Municipal Division no. 2 that Albania’s capital city has serious problems in public transportation, employment and street cleaning.

Basha said that he would implement business incentives to open 30,000 jobs in Albania’s capital city.

“I promise to employ 30,000 persons until the end of my first mandate, to remove 60 of the 82 taxes and to lower the remaining taxes from two to five times. I will keep my promises and if I fail, I will not run for a second mandate”, Basha said.

During one of the meetings held in the seven faculties of Tirana, students suggested Mr. Basha to use the slogan “Basha for the youth” in addition to “Basha for Tirana”, since one of the main points of his program is education, employment and entertainment for the youth.
