Austrian Chancellor Kurz: “EU will be complete with Western Balkan”

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, attended a meeting in Vienna with the Austrian Chancellor, Sebastian Kurz.
The meeting concluded with a press release in which Kurz said that Austria will keep supporting Balkan’s integration in the EU.
“We think that the EU will be complete only when the Western Balkan countries will be part of it. Our EU presidency is especially focused on this”.
The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, said that Albania recognizes that the process is difficult and nothing is given for granted. But he is certain that politicians will be able to overcome difficulties and give people what they deserve.
He thanked the Austrian Chancellor for helping Kosovo with the visa liberalization.
Hahn declared that the Regional Economic Zone will be a pre-condition for the further integration: “This is why it is very important to bring down barriers, may they be formal or not. Cooperation in the energy sector is another element. It is important to increase the trade volume between countries and increase cooperation”, Hahn declared.
