Albania’s exports to Kosovo increased with 40% after 100% tax on Serbian goods

After Kosovo imposed a 100% tax raise on Serbian and Bosnian goods, Albania has increased the oil and steel exports to Kosovo. The other businesses seem to have not benefited.
The INSTAT says that Albania’s exports to Kosovo have increased with 40%, more than 10 million EUR more since the tax was imposed to Serbia.
Some of the revenues come from the oil that is refined in Albania, and some from the oil that Albanian exporters buy from abroad and resell to Kosovo.
