The conference “Religion as a Peace Instrument”, organized by the US State Department in cooperation with the President, has united the religious leaders of Albania in Shkodra.
Imam Muhamed Sytari; Imam Fejzi Zaganjori; Archbishop Angelo Massafra; Cardinal Dom Ernest Troshani and the leaders of the Orthodox Church, Father Nikolla and Alexander Petani, met at the Ebu Beker Mosque, the Saint Stephen Cathedral and the Orthodox Cathedral, to inform the US State Department about the suffering of all religious devotees during the communist regime, the persecution and unification in hard times.
The religious leaders held a joint prayer.
