Since March 3rd, the Tuz commune in Montenegro is being led by Albanians, for the first time in 63 years.
The winning coalition “The Highlands Unite Us”, and the chosen leader, Niko Gjeloshaj, have created the full administration as they are building the necessary structure for the local government, making way to the first projects in the area.
“The main project is to develop the infrastructure of this country. We will make a better connection with Podgorica”, said Nik Gjeloshaj, Mayor of Tuz.
The ethnic Albanians are happy that they can finally decide in their own home. Now they want their leaders to keep the promises made during the campaign and make more investments.
