10 394 tons of different ammunition has been dismantled in the first six
months of 2011. Deputy Defense Minister Ekrem Spahia declared that by the
end of 2013 will finish the extermination of all old guns.
The Defense Ministry decided to close the Jugsukth rifle-range, in order to return this area to the tourist map, administered by the local government.
The dangerous ammunitions are dismantled through an industrial way in eight shooting galleries or are exterminated through detonation and export.
